I just wanted to drop you a note to say how satisfied I was with the recent service I received from American Overhead Door.  You and those I spoke with on the phone were extremely courteous and helpful and I was impressed that you were able to send one of your repair team the same day I called.  I must say that I was a little worried to have someone making the repair (which was quite major) without me being there to oversee or validate the duration of the visit, however, upon getting home I was extremely pleased to see the door looking like new for what I felt was a very fair and reasonable cost.  There is no question I will use you guys in the future and recommend you to others.
